What is the cost of shipping?

U.S. orders:
Standard shipping is 3-4 business day UPS.*

$1-99: $8
$100-299: $13
$300 - 499: $18
$500 and over: free (via UPS ground)

Canadian orders:

$1-$299=$18
$300-$399=$23
$400-$499=$33
$500-$599=$43

For all other countries:

The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the country the items are shipped to. So that we may provide you with an estimate of shipping fees, please place all international orders by calling 207-691-7581. Please do not place international orders using our online shopping cart.

Delivery times will vary. In general, please allow up to 2 weeks for UPS Worldwide Express.

Credit card charges will be processed when the order is shipped by the Amazon Herb Company. The email confirmation that is received when the order is placed is not a receipt of the credit card charge.

* Need faster US shipping?

Please add approximately $5-10 more (depending on weight and location) for 2nd Day UPS Shipping. Overnight UPS starts at $30. Priority Mail via the US Postal Service is also available by request with rates the same as standard 3-4 day UPS.

Is there tax on my order?

Yes. Your local US sales tax will be added to the final price of your order. (Our shopping cart is not capable of calculating sales tax so the email confirmation you receive will not reflect sales tax.)

Canadian orders are subject to PST and GST where applicable.

International orders are subject to your local duties. (Please contact your local authorities regarding duty amounts.)

What if I am not satisfied with the products?

All products are shipped directly to you from the Amazon Herb Company offices and come with a 1-year satisfaction guarantee.

Opened or unopened bottles may be returned within 12 months for refund. Policy applies only to the customer's most recent paid order.

Exchanges may be made up to one year from the date of purchase for unopened and resaleable products. Shipping fees for exchanges are the same as regular orders. Health Packs must be returned in full; including free products for a full refund to be made. Returned orders that were $500 when processed, with free shipping, will incur a $30 restocking fee at the time of the return.

In the event of shipping discrepancies, missing or incorrect items, and damaged merchandise, please contact within 30 days from the date of purchase. Reshipping fees are at the customer's expense.

Our Privacy Policy

We do NOT sell or share your contact or payment information with anyone other than the Amazon Herb Company (so that they may process your payment and ship your order). We may contact you with Amazon Herb Company promotions via E-mail but only if you indicate in the checkout process that you wish to receive such information.

Our secure shopping cart uses High-grade Encryption (AES-256 256 bit) before your payment information is transmitted over the internet. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers.
